The Aiken Horse Park Foundation is pleased to welcome vendors to Bruce's Field

Please note, many of the events held at Bruce's Field are run by outside management companies. These events are listed with accompanying links to their management's website, on our calendar page. Sponsors, VENDORS, stall reservations, feed & bedding orders, camper hookups, and many other related inquiries should all be directed to those management companies for those specific events.

  • Grand-Prix Eventing Showcase - February/March
  • Dressage in the Park - March
  • Aiken Charity Horse Show - April/May
  • Dressage in the Summer - June/July

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at carolineb@aikenhorsepark.org if you cannot find an answer to your question.

In alignment with their sponsorship agreements, the AHPF recognizes the following vendors' product exclusivity rights at all AHPF run shows.

  • Horizon Structures is the Official Building Partner of the AHPF

  • Vendors must maintain their vendor space in good, clean, and safe condition
  • Upon move out, vendor must return their vendor space to the state it was when they moved in, including any nails, hooks, hardware, etc. installed by the vendor during their occupancy
  • Anything left behind by the vendor after move out becomes the property of AHPF

Please see all obligations detailed in the vendor agreement which must be signed and turned in prior to move in.

All prospective vendors must submit a completed vendor agreement, a COI naming the Aiken Horse Park Foundation as an additionally insured, and payment in full based on the specific event of interest. In the case of a multiple week hunter/jumper show, priority will be given to vendors attending for the full duration of the event(s). Priority may be given to those vendors that choose to become an event sponsor. The AHPF does not recruit vendors and does not hold vendor spaces for vendors with incomplete vendor materials. The AHPF reserves the right to reject any vendor application or withdraw acceptance for any reason. Vendor space should not be considered confirmed until written confirmation is received from an official representative of the AHPF via an official AHPF email ( ____ @aikenhorsepark.org)

Vendor fees are calculated on an event by event basis. For vendor pricing, please contact carolineb@aikenhorsepark.org with the specific event date.

Vendors are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Typically, we will start building our vendor list two months prior to the start of an AHPF event. We STRONGLY suggest all interested vendors sign up for our Newsletter to receive notifications when vendor agreements open up. Bruce's Field has a finite amount of space and power available to vendors. Once a vendor list is sold out for a particular event, a wait list will be started. Bruce's Field is an exhibitor focused venue. As such, we are extremely mindful of horse welfare and happiness at all times. The AHPF does NOT allow vendor set up/tear down during schooling or show hours. While the central location of our main vendor pad is excellent for foot traffic, the proximity to the arenas means that once schooling/showing begins at an AHPF event, vehicular traffic is prohibited in the vendor area. Carrying products in/out by hand and adjustments within your vendor structure (cottage/tent) is allowed, but always be considerate of how your actions may affect  the horses around you. Our number one priority is the safety of all our guests, both human and equine. As outlined in the AHPF Vendor agreement, set up takes place the day before schooling/arena familiarization starts (2 days prior to the official show date) and tear down may begin at the conclusion of the final show day and must be completed by the end-of-day Monday, following the conclusion of the event. If additional time is needed arrangements must be made prior to Monday. All vendors should check in at the Bruce's Field Show Office upon arrival. Please note, all vendors are 100% responsible for their own set up/tear down. It is strongly encouraged that vendors be open for business during show hours.

The AHPF works with AllStar Tents & Events to provide 10x10 peaked, full side wall, staked tents to our vendors. The rental cost of the tent is covered in your vendor fee. Any upgrades made beyond the basic provided tent (larger size, flooring, etc.) are the financial responsibility of the vendor. Vendors may be allowed to bring their own, branded, well maintained tent, and may or may not receive a discounted vendor fee depending on the event. Any vendor supplied tents MUST be extremely securely staked into the ground (we have had many a run away/destroyed pop up during inclement weather) and in good shape. The AHPF is not responsible for any damage to vendor owned tents while on property. We strongly recommend using the AllStar Tents & Events provided tents.

Yes! Bruce's Field provides Wi-Fi to all their vendors. The Wi-Fi password will be provided upon check in at the Bruce's Field show office prior to vendor move in.

The AHPF is not responsible for any vendor property shipped to Bruce's Field. All vendors are 100% responsible for their own property. We encourage all our vendors to carry all their supplies with them as often as possible. However, if you must ship products to the show grounds, UPS and FedEx ONLY will deliver to the front porch of the Bruce's Field Show Office. Packages may be shipped to 931 Powderhouse Rd, Aiken, SC 29803. Please note, outside of horse show hours, the Bruce's Field show office is closed and there will be no one there to receive any packages. Delivery trucks are able to access the show office during normal business hours. All packages will remain on the porch for pick up and it is the responsibility of the vendor to arrange delivery, pick up, or shipment of any vendor property. AHPF staff is not available to deliver vendor property of any kind to vendor space. All vendors are 100% responsible for their own set up/tear down.
